You may have noticed that on the movement decoration of the B03 there is an inscription. This phrase has been with me for my entire life and has been sitting written right above my drafting table since I can remenber.
Gutta cavat lapidem means "a drop hollows out the stone".
This Latin phrase emphasizes the power of perseverance, consistency, and patience to overcome seemingly impossible obstacles, not through force but through repeated, small actions over time. These small actions, that iniitially may have seem trivial, deliver results beyond imaginable.
As someone who has devoted an entire life to architecture and design, launching my own Swiss luxury watch brand while living in California was seen by many as unrealistic—crazy, even impossible. Yet what others called foolish, I embraced as my greatest challenge.
